On November 24th, the Chinese Language Teachers Association of South Australia (CLTASA) hosted the annual 2023 South Australia Chinese Awards Ceremony at Seymour College, welcoming over 500 students, parents, teachers, school leaders, and guests from South Australia. For over two decades, CLTASA has organized the Awards Ceremony to promote the learning of the Chinese language and culture in South Australian schools.
During the 2023 Awards Ceremony, Zain (Year 6), Max (Year 4), and Ian (Year 2) were honoured with the Chinese Language Awards for their outstanding knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm for the Chinese language and culture. Additionally, Zain (Year 6) and Huxley, who participated in the 2023 SA Chinese Language Video Competition, received the 3rd prize at the Ceremony.
At the event, Zain (Year 6), Huxley (Year 6), and Easton (Year 6) performed the popular Chinese song “Blue and White Porcelain”. Congratulations to all the boys who were recognised and performed at this year’s ceremony, and best wishes for their future journey in Chinese learning.
