Under certain circumstances, venues and sporting grounds within St Peter’s College are available for hire. For all general inquiries please email communityrelations@stpeters.sa.edu.au
Baptisms and weddings
Baptisms are held regularly in the Chapel and are open to all families with a connection with St Peter’s College.
Weddings are celebrated in the Chapel and old scholars, staff, children of staff or those with express permission from the Headmaster, are welcome to celebrate their special day in the historic and beautiful building. For those who marry in the Chapel, the grounds are available for wedding photography.
The School Chaplains are available for both baptisms and weddings. With the permission of the School Chaplain, you are welcome to use your own Christian minister. For more information about baptisms or weddings, please contact the School Chaplain on chaplains@stpeters.sa.edu.au or +61 8 8404 0466.
Funerals and memorial services
Unfortunately the School does not host funerals and ashes cannot be buried or scattered on School grounds. Memorial services, to commemorate the lives of students or staff who died while studying or working at St Peter’s College, may be held at the School. Services are conducted by the School Chaplain. In exceptional circumstances, and with the express permission of the Headmaster, memorial services for former members of staff and distinguished old scholars can be held at the School.
